Welcome to Madril Salon! To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience, we’ve established the following policies. Please take a moment to review them before your visit.

Thank You

Please let us know if we can do anything to better serve you. We are always open to suggestions and looking to improve. Thank you; your continued support is the reason for our success. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another team member, or if you would like a different perspective, please let us know. We are happy to have guests work with any and all team members.

Payment Options

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards or cash.
A Credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Gratuity

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be added to your card or given in cash.

Children

Children with salon appointments are welcome. In consideration of all our guests, we are unable to render services to those guests accompanied by children who do not have appointments. Please understand that in order to preserve the relaxing and stress-free salon environment, childcare should be arranged prior to your scheduled appointment.

Returns & Refunds

  • Services: We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to provide a complimentary adjustment.

  • Products: Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All L'ANZA products more than 50% full may be exchanged for a different L'ANZA product or in store credit. All other brands and tools are final sale.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling .If less than 24 hours is given on any service appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

  • No-Show Fee: If a notice is not given or less than 4 hours notice for a service, a cancellation fee of 100% of your service fee will be charged to your credit card.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled or shortened. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. All prices are subject to change and may vary by provider.

Pricing & Consultations

All service prices are subject to change based on service provider, hair length, density, and complexity. A stylist will provide a consultation before beginning the service to confirm pricing.

Our team is committed to providing a welcoming, judgment-free environment for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
