How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date confirmed — ideally 12–18 months out for peak season (May–October). Popular Saturday dates fill quickly. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.
What is included in a bridal trial?
Your trial is a full appointment with your dedicated lead artist — typically 2–3 hours — where we create your complete wedding day hair and makeup look. We photograph the finished result, make notes on every detail, and send you home with a look card. Your trial is your peace of mind.
Do you travel to venues and hotels?
Yes — we offer on-location services throughout the Treasure Valley (Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding areas). Travel fees are calculated based on distance from our Boise salon. On-location bookings require a minimum of 4 services.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. We accept all major credit cards, and payment is handled securely online through your client portal.
What products do you use, and are they safe for sensitive skin?
We use exclusively professional, luxury-grade products including Youngblood Mineral Makeup and L'ANZA Healing Hair Care. Please let your coordinator know of any allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking — we will customize your artist's kit accordingly.
How many people can your team accommodate?
We can accommodate weddings of any size. For larger parties, we bring in additional licensed artists and coordinate a detailed scheduling timeline so every person is finished on time. Your coordinator manages all of this behind the scenes.
What should I do to prepare for my trial or wedding day?
Arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face with no makeup applied. Bring or share any inspiration images or your mood board beforehand. Wear a button-down shirt or a top that won't disturb your hair when removed. We'll take care of everything else.

PARTY MINIMUMS
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Your date is not held without a signed contract and deposit on file.
Cancellations within 60 days of your wedding date forfeit the deposit. See your contract for full details.
We serve the Treasure Valley and beyond. Travel fees apply based on distance from our Boise salon.
On-location bookings require a 4-service minimum. In-salon weddings have no minimum. Contact us for exceptions.
